Fig & Field Market

An e-commerce build for a neighborhood grocer going city-wide, with same-day delivery, subscriptions and a checkout that never gets in the way.

Fresh produce displayed at a grocery market

The Story

Fig & Field outgrew their corner store and wanted to serve the whole city without losing the feeling of shopping at a neighborhood market. Their existing online ordering was a third-party widget that abandoned half its carts.

We built them a proper storefront: produce photography that looks picked this morning, a catalog that browses like market aisles, and a checkout tuned until it disappeared. Weekly box subscriptions and same-day delivery slots run on the same system the shop staff use behind the counter.

Online became their second-biggest location. Order volume grew steadily without a single paid ad, carried by customers who kept coming back.
