Atlas & Ember
A full rebrand for a modern fire-kitchen restaurant: identity, menus, signage and a voice warm enough to match the open flame.
The Story
Atlas & Ember came to us with a kitchen worth talking about and a brand that said nothing. The food was live-fire, primal and precise. The identity was a template logo and a menu printed at the office. Diners who walked in loved it. The problem was getting them to walk in.
We rebuilt the brand around the fire itself: a mark drawn from rising embers, a palette of char, smoke and flame, and a voice that reads like the head chef talking, not a marketing department. The system rolled out across menus, signage, uniforms and the little details that get photographed, from matchbooks to check presenters.
The rebrand gave the restaurant a story worth repeating, and repeat it people did. Local press picked up the new identity within weeks of launch, and the dining room has been the best advertisement since.
